Are rates per person or per room?

All rates are "per room" unless otherwise specified in the rate description.

How do I confirm a reservation?

After you've completed the Luxedo.com membership form, you will be asked to submit your credit card details to guarantee the hotel room. Upon submitting this secure form, a confirmation number will appear on the next screen which confirms the selected room is now being held. You will receive a confirmation email to the address specified with details of the reservation.

Can I make a reservation if I don't have a credit card?

No. Hotels cannot hold a room without a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

When will my credit card be charged?

For almost all reservations, your credit card will not be charged until you check-out from the Hotel. However, some specials require the first night to be charged to the card by the hotel at the time of booking. This will be stated via the Room Description link on the availability page.

Who is eligible for the "Government" rates?

People who are employed by any of the world's government's. You will be asked to provide your official government identification at check-in.

Who is eligible for the "Corporate" rates?

People who are staying at the Hotel while travelling on business. You may be asked to provide your business card at check-in. Your company does not need to have a corporate rate agreement with the Hotel.

What inclusions come with my reservation?

In most cases, a hotel reservation is room only and does not include meals. Details of what is included can be viewed by clicking the "Room Description" link on the "Availability" page.

How do I modify my reservation?

To amend an existing reservation, please contact us via our Support Form with details of the requested change. One of our consultants will attempt to make the requested change and email you with new confirmation details.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel an existing reservation, please contact us via our Support Form explaining that you wish to cancel. Please include the confirmation number with the details. You will be emailed once the cancellation has been made.

Can I book more than one room at the same time?

Currently only one room can be booked at a time. To reserve an additional room, simply return to the hotel page and repeat the booking process.

Does Luxedo.com charge any booking fees?

No.

Does Luxedo.com charge any amendment fees?

No.

Does Luxedo.com charge any cancellation fees?

No. Hotels may have cancellation fees of their own. Generally they don't charge cancellation fees if a reservation is cancelled before 6PM the day before check-in. Hotel cancellation fees can be viewed via the "Terms & Conditions" link on the "Availability" page.
